New to Our Telemedicine Services?

We are committed to providing high-quality care while ensuring compliance with both state and federal laws.

Below is important information for new patients:

Compliance and Safety

We strictly adhere to state and federal regulations concerning controlled substances in telemedicine. Our team ensures that all practices are compliant to maintain the safety and legality of our services.

Consultation and Prescription Process

Choosing a Pharmacy

  • You can select any pharmacy you prefer that is near you and accepts telemedicine prescriptions, OR we may recommend pharmacies we have previously worked with to ensure a smooth process for filling your prescription.

  • We will send your prescription electronically to the chosen pharmacy.

  • The prescription can be sent within an hour after your consultation.

  • During the consultation, we will discuss and help you choose a pharmacy that has the required medication in stock.

Monthly Consultations

  • Your first visit includes an induction protocol where the provider prescribes a partial month's supply of medication. This is to assess your tolerance and benefits to the medication.

  • Follow-up consultations will then prescribe a full monthly supply.

Service Area

Currently, our provider services are available in California, Oklahoma ad Florida. The patient must be physically in one of the above states at the time of service.

Prescription Assistance

We understand the challenges patients face in getting their prescriptions filled, especially with the current short supply of some medications.

It is important to note that you are not paying for the prescription itself; rather, you are paying for the provider’s time during the consultation. However, we will assist you until your prescription is successfully filled.
