Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the customized nature of the products you purchase from us, including medications, supplements, and devices, we are unable to accept returns. Aside from the specific exceptions mentioned below, we do not offer refunds. This policy is final, and no exceptions will be made.

Refund Policy

All items ordered are non-refundable.

If there are issues related to shipping or the condition of items at the time of delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide the following details:

  • Order number

  • Tracking number

  • Photos showing any damage (if applicable)

We will evaluate these matters individually and decide whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

If a refund is granted, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund, first check with your credit card provider or bank, as there may be delays based on their policies.
